Mikael Elinder

I am associate professor at the department of economics, Uppsala University, director of Uppsala Center for Fiscal Studies and co-founder and owner of Prexpect and Pregspect.

My research is mostly interdisciplinary and empirical. I have published papers on behavior related to various topics, such as: inheritances, charitable giving, voting, disasters, pensions, the housing market, energy consumption, as well as on trust, inequality, and public finances.

My current focus is on: giving behavior, intelligence, and prediction models in the health care sector.
